A room with a double bed and storage

I am a 55 year old personal trainer and I have the bigger room with a double bed for rent ,I have 1 lodger in the single room and have soft lazy dog plus , there is virgin tv ,broadband , 4 bedrooms 2 double upstairs 1 single plus 1 single downstairs, all upstairs rooms have built in wardrobes, living room ,dining room and large kitchen, 2 bathrooms both with showers a large garden front and rear , ample parking , 2 gyms 1 for cardio weights etc and 1 for boxing I also have a boxing ring in the garden as I’m a personal trainer and boxing coach. All bills are included. my lodger is moving out on the 27th so any viewing with see the room as he’s living in it
