Lovely room in a peaceful household overlooking the garden to let in a cul de sac location. Furnished.
Five mins drive from the town centre and train station and is on the bus route. Close to Kingsthorpe front. Also ten mins drive from Northampton University. Seeking a professional or a student preferably, non smoker. There is one bathroom upstairs and a w/c downstairs. Tenant would please be tidy with good personal hygiene and to clean up after themselves after using the bathroom & kitchen. Dishwasher is included. We are working professionals. I’m looking for someone friendly who doesn’t mind a lively household some days as I live with my daughter, but also respects quiet evenings. I have a Labrador and a kitten too. Available from now
