We have a lovely, newly renovated bedsit room available. Each room has it's own modern kitchen including built in oven and hob. There is a fridge freezer provided too. Each room has brand new furniture including single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is 1 main bathroom shared between a maximum of 5 tenants (although currently only 3 other tenants are using the facilities) along with 2 separate toilets. There are 2 washing machines in the utility area and a good sized shared garden to dry your washing.

All bills are inclusive in the rent payment (utilities, council tax and broadband).

Referencing is used, this includes a credit check, employment referee and current landlord referee.
