The kitchen includes large fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer and able cupboard space for 4 people. The kitchen is also fitted with electric oven, hob and extractor unit. Behind the kitchen is a downstairs toilet and sink.

The lounge has two leather sofas, coffee table and side table.

The bathroom features a bath with a shower, toilet, sink, light up mirror with inbuilt razor adopter. The house also boasts an additional shower room in the attic with a power shower.
