A large double furnished room with a king size bed is available to rent Mon - Fri. I am based between the Racecourse and Barrack Road so easy access to the town centre, A45, A43, M1 and all of the local business parks. Free parking available in the street with no hassle. Local shops and takeaways with numerous pubs too.

The house will have a shared living room with Virgin Tivo available and Wi-Fi. The house is decorated to a high standard the kitchen is equipped with dish washer the bathroom will be shared.

Clean bedding and towels will be provided.

I do have 2 cats but they have a cat flap so take care of themselves.

I work in the town centre I tend to leave the house at approx 8. 00am returning approx 6. 30pm - 7. 00pm.
