Hello potential roommates.

I have a decent sized double bedroom for rent. I am looking for someone who wants a minimum stay of 6 months.

Smokers are allowed but outside only.

Ideal roommate would be someone who is clean tidy and shows respect for me and my house.

I have just fitted a new kitchen which roommate will have full use of and i'm in the process of fitting a new bathroom.

1 months rent required upfront £350
