The second and third rooms are on the top floor of the house meaning they are very long rooms. Both house a double bed, wardrobes, storage cupboards, curtains, and bedside tables. Both top floor rooms have large windows to the rear of the property and a velux window to the front of the property which lets in a lot of light and a lovely breeze in the summer months.

(Both of these rooms are currently being refurnished and redecorated so they will be brand new for tenants that wish to move in)

In the house, there is a communal sitting area with digital box and wifi. The kitchen is large and open planned with gas cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen backs onto a good sized patio area and large garden which is assessed via patio doors.

There is a garage at the bottom of the garden which isn't currently in use due to it needing refurbishment. There is room to park a car next to the garage which is accessed by a private side road. However, there is plenty of parking along the main road or in the housing opposite the house.

There is a newly built bathroom on the ground floor in addition to a bathroom on the first floor.
