This truly is a great room. I say room it is more of a private studio attic flat . It has an en-suite bathroom with power shower. Deceptively big, the photos do not do it justice. There is a sitting area equipped with a leather sofa, own inclusive Virgin TV box and Tv ( if required). The room is spacious and bright from having three windows. It is decorated in a neutral colour, fully furnished it has a private entrance with its own staircase up to the room.

The house itself is kept in good order, has a weekly cleaner and is spread over four floors. The communal living room with 2 leather sofas and large TV leads in to a long fully equipped kitchen with seating area. To the back of the house is a sun trap patio garden with gas BBQ, outside seating and undercover cycle storage.

Any future housemate should be considerate of others and willing to keep clean. 24 hour party people need not apply. This is a quiet house. Tenants are mixed professionals . 200mb Broadband and all bills included.
