Fully-furnished comfortable room available from Monday 2 June 2025 to Sunday 13July 2025 in Northampton. We are looking for a WORKING PERSON. The house is in Little Billing near Weston Favell Centre.
The room has a very comfortable bed with a wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers, book shelf, an armchair and a TV.
The house has one main bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a double oven and a separate hob, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a tumble dryer. The lodger has his/her own fridge and a kitchen cupboard. An air-fryer has been added to the facilities in the kitchen.
Electricity/water/council tax/TV license/washing machine is inclusive.
Also included is broadband across the whole house.
A deposit of £150 is payable by the applicant to secure the room. This deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy if there are no damages. The months rent is payable in advance.
We are looking for someone who has a sense of humour and will clear up after themselves!
