Clean room with furnishing if required available. Only available from 1st Aug (maybe a little earlier if required). I work shifts so considerate person required. I own 3 dogs and 2 horses so an aminal lover is a must.( chance of horse riding if you want)

Great access to main routes including A45 A43.

5 Mins from town centre by car with fantastic local facilities including shops gyms and cinema & places to eat out.
Quiet area.
Private garden. Good off road parking.
Would prefer a working person.

House will be shared with live in landlord and 1 other professional male.
