I have 1 lovely fully furnished double room available in a large detached house in Little Billing, Northampton. I would prefer a working professional to move in.

The area is a quiet friendly and safe area.

I have moved to London however am back most weekends.

The rent per week is between £400pcm and this includes (Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband, Council Tax) bills.

The house is always kept in a clean state - I can't stand mess! It has 1 bathroom and loads of space with a large kitchen & dining room, lounge which includes a large TV and a lovely garden.

Weston Favell Shopping Centre is less than 10mins walk away (or 2 mins by car! There are local pubs, gym and close to a retail park with plenty of shops.

There is easy access to the motorway and to the town centre. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away.

My house has recently been modernised & decorated, very friendly and homely and has a great atmosphere.

ALL ROOMS HAVE LOCK FACILITIES ON DOORS.
