I have a lovely, cosy double room available to rent for short or medium term occupancy.

This room is for single occupancy only. It has a small double bed, wardrobe and shelves. It also has lovely with views across the gardens and fields. There is also a WC with toilet and basin attached to the room.

This is a typical Victorian Terrace property with 3 bedrooms. The main bathroom with shower and bath is downstairs. . Other shared areas include a living/ dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden.

Myself, my 1 year old daughter and my dog all live in the property, so I need to ensure any new lodger is the right fit for our home.

The right person would be quiet, clean and respectful of the space.

The location is very good with easy transport routes and the M1 just 10mins away. The train station connects to London and Birmingham.

Village amenities include several restaurants and take aways, a fabulous bakery, shops, and a gym.
