The house
The house is a characterful Victorian property which has wireless broadband, washing machine, cooker, and a beautiful semi-secluded garden.

There is potential to rent two rooms, which is ideal for people who want to work from home and need an office space. There is a reduced rate if you want both rooms.

The Roommates
You would be sharing with me, (a 61-year old working professional lady with lots of interests including music, camping, festivals and art), plus my two Miniature Schnauzers. They are hypo-allergenic dogs and don't shed.

I would prefer to share with a female roommate, as I am female. I'm looking for someone who will fit in and dog-sit occasionally please.

The location
Long Buckby is a rural village with many amenities - a gym, Co-op and Cost-cutter, restaurants and takeaways, pubs and a library. We are surrounded by open countryside and there are some lovely walks locally, including the canal-side at Long Buckby Wharf. It's a very friendly village.

Transport
There is a train station in the village. London and Birmingham are both about an hour away by train. Northampton is 11 minutes, Coventry is 22 minutes.

We also have good access to the M1, A5 and M6. Northampton, Rugby, Daventry, Towcester, Brixworth and Brackley are all easily commutable. Northampton and Daventry are easy to get to by bus - the bus stop is a short walk away in the Market Square.

One well-behaved dog considered. No cats, please, as I am allergic to them.
