A furnished room is available, with the option to rent a second room by negotiation. The second room could be used as a sitting room, home office, or occasional second bedroom. A reduced rate is available if you’d like to take both rooms.

The Rooms
This setup would suit someone who works from home or would simply like a bit of extra space. Having two rooms offers flexibility and a good balance between work and relaxation.

The Location
Long Buckby is a friendly rural village with a strong community feel. There’s a gym, Co-op, Costcutter, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and a library, and we’re surrounded by open countryside. There are some lovely local walks, including along the canal at Long Buckby Wharf.

Transport
The village has its own train station, with London and Birmingham both around an hour away. Northampton is around 11 minutes by train and Coventry approximately 22 minutes.

There’s also good access to the M1, A5, and M6, making Northampton, Rugby, Daventry, Towcester, Brixworth, and Brackley all easily commutable. Bus services to Northampton and Daventry are available, with a stop just a short walk away in the Market Square.

Couples are welcome if you rent both rooms.

One well-behaved dog may be considered. No cats, please, as I’m allergic.
