Room in quiet village location for Professional

You will have the pleasure of staying in a character, end terrace 4 bed cottage in quiet rural village location close to Brackley, Buckingham and Banbury.

Stunning sun trap garden with plentiful outdoor seating. Lovely sheltered rear patio. The rear patio enjoys the the morning sun so can be enjoyed in all year round!

There is a large modern kitchen diner, use of the washing machine and dryer and use of a shared lounge with TV and views of the garden.

You will be sharing with me (the Landlord). I'm often away for 3 to 4 days during the week (and stay away from home)
There is currently one other house guest.

The room has a double bed, and built in hanging space. There is shared bathroom with a high pressure shower and a bath.

There is off street parking (as the road is narrow please be courteous) and when I'm away it would be possible to park off street.

The house is well secured with security camera's both on the driveway and the front door. Video of view through the side entrance.

As a note, there is no pub or shop in the village, but there is excellent cycling road (1 mile) to the next village where there is a pub, shop and post office.
