Double room in a fully furnished 3 bed house, large living space, separate kitchen, lovely enclosed garden, patio and your own off-road parking space right outside the back of the house in a non-through quiet road.

The house is modern, warm (double-glazing and central heating), fully-furnished, well looked after and very homely, and is in a quiet residential area.

The local area has shops, a cafe and takeaways within 5 minutes walk, as well as being right by parks and country walks. It is also a 7 minute drive to the M1 and Sixfields, which has a range of retailers and facilities, including a large Sainsburys, Lidl, M&S Food, cinema, a multitude of restaurants, and a gym. The nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk, from where buses run to and from town every 20 minutes.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished as you wish. You’ll be sharing with a mature, social lady and her friendly, little dog. Would suit someone social who wants to feel comfortable sharing the lounge, kitchen, and sunny garden, rather than wishing to stay in their room. Shared bathroom upstairs, also a toilet downstairs. Professionals only please and no couples.
