Double room for rent

Exploring renting out a double room in a nice three bed detached house. Importantly looking for someone who is the right fit and compatible as I live in the house and have a neurological condition. I'm very keen to share the space but also need to ensure we are compatible and the environment is safe for me.

Open to changing furniture if you stay long term and adjusting the room to your needs. It is currently set up with a single bed to maximise hobby space for a crafting area and we shared clothing storage in the master bedroom. It has previously had a double bed and drawer unit.

Area has close access to lots of great countryside. Just a few minutes from Harlestone Firs, incredible for cycling, and can find nice green areas within short walks.

Fantastic access by road to both Northampton and the M1 with a bus route five minutes walk away.

Also got a home gym that I'm happy to share (at your own risk). Living room and office are also air conditioned for the hot months.

Access to the shower is through my master bedroom. Main bathroom has a bath with a shower head but no stand up shower.

Open to short term trials.

Note advertised rate does not include council tax. I am exempt and 75% of the council tax would be due if you are eligible for council tax, which is around £150/month (Band D)
