We have 4 large double rooms including one fantstic ensuite available immediately in a newly renovated Victorian townhouse in Abingdon.

The house is newly renovated to a high standard. All furniture is new and the standard of fittings is high. There is a gym with weights and cardio machine!

We only let rooms to professionals, and most of our tenants tend to be in their mid to late 20's. Some of our tenants use our houses as a base as they work away from home in the week.

Council tax, gas, electricity and TV licence bills (not phone) are included in the price. We also provide a weekly cleaning service and free access to 20meg Virgin wireless broadband. All rooms are furnished with new contemporary furniture to a high standard and have TV points. The kitchen and utility has: washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and all plates etc. The sitting room has a Widescreen TV with digital TV that receives extra channels and a player.

Victorian townhouse with mosaic tiled hallway, many original features and stripped wooden floors. This house has two bathrooms and an ensuite so nobody shares with more than one person.

We need an employers reference, ?300 deposit and the first month's rent in advance. Rent is paid by standing order. You can reserve a room 1 month in advance with a £200 holding deposit.
