I have available to move into a EN- SUIT DOUBLE ROOM -- For a SINGLE Occupancy costs £ 860 or for a COUPLE cost £ 995 per month and the deposit is equal to the rent (deposit that I will return when I leave the house)... This room is very spacious, on the upper floor of the house , window to the front yard, room Large, well-ventilated room, with large windows, cozy, well decorated, the room comes fully furnished .. Bathroom with bathtub and new / large / powerful shower, heated bathroom floor..... To reserve the room, you only have to pay the deposit, as without this payment there is no way to reserve the room. And on moving day you pay the rent (pay to use).
No Pets allowed, as I have a lovely, kind, calm old Border Collie.
No ALLOWED smoke inside the house.
