Room availble in Pineham Northampton

Recently purchased my own home in July so it’s a new 3 story house, all bills included (excluding food and cleaning products). The spare room is a kingsize room on the 2nd floor with a separate en-suite - the bathroom has a shower and bath. Beautifully decorated as I love my white walls, grey floor and plants.

The house has a lounge, garden, kitchen, x3 bathrooms and all rooms are furnished minus the spare room.

I am very clean and like having my own space so I’m not always around. Front and back door key will be provided. Location is 15 minutes from town and is close to supermarkets.

If you would like to rent as a couple the cost will be £350 per person due to more appliance being used and cost.
