Single furnished room to let in excellent location

A small, single furnished bedroom is available, suitable for a student who is able to vacate over the Christmas holiday period and weekends. Or a professional who requires Monday night to Thursday night only- possibly suitable for a commuter (this may be extended by negotiation on a weekly basis). Towels and bed linen are provided and a weekly cleaning service. A deposit and references are required as living within a family home.
