Gorgeous En-suite Room With Walk In Wardrobe

Suite is the whole top floor of a gorgeous townhouse, large, light and airy space.

Viewings available any time, by appointment.

Very laid back, not nosey, easy going and respectful, hope for the same in return.

Must love dogs.

Parking at weekends and evenings is a breeze, but hospital staff park around here during the day. Still not too bad though.

Living room is stated as shared, but it isn't really, we are a married couple, so don't mind people popping their heads in on their way in or out

Pleasant surroundings.

Close to town, brackmills, St Andrews Hospital, Northampton General Hospital and Waterside Campus.

Ideally, looking for somebody who wants to move soon.

Long term let preferred.

Smoker ok, but only if smoke in garden.

Shift workers could be an issue, but could be discussed in advance.
