We are easy going people that keep a clean and tidy household and are all working professionals.
I like to group housemates around the same age (ideally between 25 - 38)

I have a 3 bedroom home in NN2, just off the barrack road and very close to a lot of local amenities, Asda and Aldi at the end of the Road, a corner shop, only yards away, a 5 minute walk away from the race course park and a 15/20 minute direct walk into town centre and approximately 10 minutes walk to Northampton train station.

I currently have one double room coming available in January.

Parking is available on street and no permit is required.

Anyone applying MUST have a guarantor that can show proof of UK homeownership, this can be either a mortgage statement or land registry. This is a requirement for the application process.

I carry out credit checks and landlord/employment reference checks also.
