We ask all viewers to ask any questions outside the property once the viewing has ended to reduce time in the household and to protect the current residents interests.
OCCUPANCY:
Couples can not be accepted on any room let unless stated within the advert description.
All our HMO's are licensed by the Council and abide by strict criteria to protect and give peace of mind to all tenants of the household.
Pets cannot be accepted within any room let.
All applicants must be in employment. Students are not accepted unless stated within the advert description.
