Each room is fully furnished (new carpet, new double bed frame/mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawer, bedside cabinet, table lamp, new curtains), however, I may be able to remove certain items if you have a few furniture items of your own.

The large shower room has also been newly refurbished and window, has a large walk-in glass panel shower, modern hand basin & unit & heated towel rail, There is also ample storage space for personal toiletry items.

There are also 2 newly refurbished toilets on the ground & 1st floor.

A large Kitchen, Conservatory & Utility room are located on the ground floor towards the back of the house located at the rear.
The kitchen is light & modern (high ceiling & spotlights) and has a a range gas cooker with a double oven, microwave & extractor fan, larger fridge & freezer. There is ample cupboard space and shelves for food storage and kitchen items. There are also pots, pans, crockery, cutlery items which can be shared if you don't have your own.

The Conservatory has a lovely eating area complete with round glass dining table & 4 chairs which face the garden. There is also a seating area to read, relax or watch TV. The Kitchen leads to the Utility room where the washing machine is located

There is also access to an 80 foot garden which catches the sun in the summer months

The rent is £390 pcm and this includes some bills: Internet, Water usage bills, TV Licence & Council Tax), however, excludes Gas & Electricity bills. These cost of these bills are divided by the tenants/homeowner to ensure fair, reasonable & economic and usage. There is also a Smart meter in the home to confirm usage and this can be checked by anyone at regular intervals. References and £500 deposit is required.

I am a fair and friendly landlord who has previously lived with tenants. I currently live at the property with my Niece who is a student at Northampton Uni, however, I work in London/often travel to London for work so I am mostly around at weekends.

I looking for non smoker professional person who is in full time employment & is looking for a home, not just a room to rent - someone who is clean, tidy and respectful when sharing communal spaces with others.
