This is a two bedroom comfortable, spacious, bright flat, located opposite the Racecourse park close to the city centre. I am looking to rent out a room. Great amenities, easy living for a professional person who enjoys their independence. South facing furnished double bedroom. Kitchen facilities: Washing mashine and dish washer, fridge & freezer, oven, grill & microwave.
Bedroom: Is located to the back of the flat, very sunny and quiet and it overlooks the back garden. It has a very comfortable double bed, clothes rail behind a white curtain and storage area, small table and chair, lamp and side table for the bed. But if you would like a writing desk instead that can be arranged.
The flat is on the 1st floor overlooking the park from the living room and kitchen and the house contains 4 flats in total. The bathroom is shared with myself and is fitted with a shower and a bath. You are welcome to send me further questions.
