Key Worker Haven - Parking, Garden Bills Included

Rental of the property is strictly for solo occupancy of a Key Worker, and for the duration of lockdown. I would be delighted to [virtually] welcome to you into my home, and hope that you will find it to be a calm and peaceful haven where you can recharge and restore between shifts.
All amenites, central heating and hot water are included (BILLS INCLUDED) in the rental value, I pay council tax and tax on renting the room. The house is double glazed and heated to 18 degrees. Sunshine can make some rooms hotter.
The accomodation available to you comprises an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, deck and garden. Driveway parking is provided.. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering (no weighing scales). Virgin TV is available in the lounge, Freeview in the bedroom. The garden offers a long and peaceful view to mature trees. A washing machine is available, and solo use of the kitchen fridge. Laundry can be dried on the covered decking.
The house will be cleaned by Kath every week. Please take care of my home by removing your shoes indoors, eating in the dining room, and being careful with my things. Please take care of our environment by recycling.
