Beautiful room in lovely house

Hi There

Thank you for coming to read the description, I am looking for a lady to share with me and my 7 year old we have a lovely double room at the back of a victorain terraced house, that over looks the garden.

I am close to the Abington park, shops and bus routes etc with on street parking.

I work 9-5 and every Saturday morning so the house is empty most of the time because my daughter is with my sister. I am very clean and tidy person, but I would want someone that would clean up after themselves.

Please excuse the lack of photos there will be more to follow.

I do love to read, watch TV, be with my family and friends. I would like who ever views the room to stay and have a chat with me, as it is important for me to get the right balance.
