There is a student bus which leaves from outside the property – 50p to the Waterside campus - the journey takes less than 10 minutes.
The room is clean and modern looking, it has a desk and chair for studying.

High speed broadband included, landlord pays all bills.
There is a front and rear entrance to the property with a small courtyard garden.
Although this is a large room, it is not for a couple, because we don’t want to overcrowd the house.
The house is cleaned professionally each week - paid by landlord.
