I have a large part-furnished double room available in my lovely house from 8th June 2024. It's a comfortable house and will be suited to a professional female. I have a cat so won’t suit those with allergies or isn’t comfortable with animals.
The room is part furnished with a bed and wardrobe in the attic. It would suit a professional, especially a hospital worker as the house is close to Northampton General. It’s also close to the town centre, Beckets Park, Trilogy Gym and the local pub is the Princess Alexandra. There is unlimited broadband included. I have a part-time job working in Moulton Park.
There is permit parking at the property, which costs £35. 00 a year, and it is pretty easy to get a spot near the house.
I like to get along with my housemates so would be nice if you are clean, quiet and respectful of other people’s space.
