For this particular room the challenge was to create a room with storage, space to sleep, work and chill! Which is how we came with the concept of the urban loft bed - the room feels super cute - you actually feel like you are going up to bed from your lounge area!
Everything is bolted to the wall, the ladder is fixed so there's no wobbly bits to contend with - just the benefit of a great use of space for tenants looking to have a break from sitting/eating/relaxing/working on their bed!
The house has the standard benefits that you would expect - fibre broadband, bills included. Parking is on road
