I am a very friendly and sociable part-time live-in landlord (here typically 10 days per month), an engineer by profession. I enjoy music of many genres and have a great sound system and prefer music over TV, but am respectful of others. I live a very healthy lifestyle and train competitively for strength sports. I can speak Spanish and really enjoy the Spanish & Latin culture.
