Four rooms available in an architecturally designed house, situated close to all amenities with easy access to Northampton town centre, the University and General hospital one mile away. The M1 is ten minutes drive away.
Room 1 is an exceptionally large south facing room with a king sized bed, a three piece suite, tv, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. Room 2 is a larger than normal double room with a pocket sprung double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair. Room 3 is also larger than a normal double room with a pocket sprung double bed, triple wardrobe, three sets of drawers, desk and chair. Room 4 is a south facing comfortable single room with a single wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a dunlopillow single bed.
All bills included. Parking on the drive. Females preferred although couples welcome. Rental would be £600 per month for a couple.
