Double room in lovely detached in Collingtree Park

I'm looking for a professional person to rent a furnished and light double room in my lovely home. Would consider full time or Mon-Friday sharer. Almost sole use of main bathroom as I have an ensuite. Can also accommodate a separate lounge in the fourth bedroom if required as appreciate whilst house shares can be great, people can also want their own space.

All usual mod cons, neutral decor, wifi, Sky tv, off road parking and garden. Non smoking, professional female preferred. Must be comfortable with having two cats and a dog around. Easy going, relaxed and tidy home. Would consider reduced rent in return for early evening dog walks on weekdays.
