Your Own Space in a Friendly, Relaxed Home

A bright, newly refurbished room is available in my peaceful two‑storey home. The room is located downstairs and sits close to a modern shower room with toilet, which is used primarily by the lodger, giving it a private and comfortable feel.
You’ll have your own fridge and dedicated cupboard space in the shared kitchen, so everything stays organised and easy to access. The house also has a garden to enjoy, and there is free community parking available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and well connected. The Number 3 bus stop is just a two‑minute walk away, and the town centre is less than a ten‑minute drive. You’ll be sharing the home with us — a calm, friendly couple — and our two gentle indoor cats. They are affectionate and curious, and like most cats, they may wander in if a door is left open, but they spend most of their time with me and don’t cause any trouble. Someone who enjoys a peaceful home with pets would feel very comfortable here.
Rent is £650 per month (paid one month in advance) or £150 per week if preferred. A £300 deposit is required. I’m ideally looking for someone who would like a longer‑term stay. Viewings are warmly encouraged, as the room feels even nicer in person.
