Single room in friendly home

I am looking for a lady lodger to join our female only home. It is a large 5 bedroom house that is clean and bright and everyone in the house has use of their bedroom & all the communal spaces. At present in the house we have myself, my daughter (15), a cat, two female lodgers. & a toddler. The house comprises of a kitchen, dining room with sofa and TV, lounge, conservatory, downstairs toilet, front & back gardens, a family bathroom plus the bedrooms. We are placed within the Eastern District about 1 mile from the Weston Favell Shopping Centre and 3.5 miles from the town centre. There is a local shop and we are very close to a main bus route..
