Hi 👋 my names Izzy and I am 28 years old. I will be renting double bedroom out in my home from the 13th of April. The house is a 3 bedroom, 4 storey property based in NN2. I currently live in the property with one other female tenant who is 27 years old. We are both working professionals and would be looking to rent the third bedroom to another female professional. The bedroom has been recently renovated and would be furnished with only the optional wardrobes seen in pictures. £600 all bills included/bedroom 2 as per floor plan photo.
