Double room near Abington Park

Hello…

I will have a spare room available from the beginning of December 2025.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom with myself (live in landlady and one female lodger).

No parking but wide street and parking outside front of house usually available.
Must be okay with being around a lovely dog that visits regularly and two x resident cats who rule the roost!

We are a friendly household who respect each others privacy and alone time but do socialise occasionally for drinks and dinners.

We both have early starts and the household goes to bed around 10pm most working days so night owls would not be suitable unfortunately :)

Of note currently having work done in some areas of the house and garden.
Shared areas are unaffected.
