Our House is one of the large houses at the top of Semilong, leading off the Barrack Road, and just round the corner from the community post office and the co-op supermarket. We are a two minute walk from the racecourse park and a ten minute walk into Northampton town centre
Gas, electricity and council tax (band B) are included in the rent. There is nothing extra to pay.
