Beautiful newly decorated first floor apartment available next to the Waterside Campus, a 4 minute walk away.

The house has just been painted throughout, brand new oven, washer/dryer.

There is a shared apartment there will be 2 tenants living here.

Each bedroom has a double bed, a triple wardrobe, and bedside table with lamp.

There is a large L shape lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with bath and an overhead shower, which both tenants can use.

Marcus and Vicki are friendly :-) and helpful live out landlords who manage the property themselves. Marcus has been part of the national residential landlords association for the last 15 years.

We have a Whatsapp group for the apartment to post any messages to the household and landlords.

The apartment will be cleaned weekly as part of the tenancy agreement.

There is an allocated parking space and a visitors pass for the visitor spaces near the property.
