* Please note that the existing housemates are all female hospital staff, and therefore they would prefer their new housemate to also be female and working within the same industry*.

As a landlord I have solely catered for tenants who work within the medical profession, therefore with the existing tenants' interests and requests in mind the new housemate would be female and employed at one of the local hospitals. Also, this is a property for non-smokers.
