Small-Double Mon-Fri

I have a small double room available for £100per week. Mon-Fri only. All bills included.
Photos of the room will be uploaded once I have finished painting (in the process of a minor uplift of the room).

Shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared living room.

There is a chest of empty drawers available to use and the room is fully furnished including a small double bed with new memory foam mattress, standard tv (not a smart tv), Small mirror on the wall, and dart board.

Looking for a professional. Someone clean and tidy, I work full time during the week so must be respectful to myself and my neighbours during your stay.

On street parking - no drive unfortunately. Location is a 6 minute drive into town centre, and 13 minutes to Brackmills business park.

I do have a small private garden, partially decked with furniture (will probably put away during the winter).

Smoking OUTSIDE only.

£400 deposit -(non-refundable if there is damages/repairs required) Max tenancy - 12 months (can be reviewed coming to the end if you wish to continue we can discuss).

£100 weekly - so £400 for a 4 week month or £500 for a 5 week month. To be paid UPFRONT.
