The property has undergone a full renovation only last year, and has been designed as a luxury hotel styled accommodation, specifically for the higher end HMO market to attract like minded professionals.

Each room has been custom designed with individual pieces of furniture that have been selected to create a space that stands out as high-end and homely.

Each studio within the property varies in size, during the renovation walls were removed to allow each room to be larger than the average HMO room.
