I'm looking for short- to medium-term lodgers/house-sharers to join me in my lovely house. Within 10 minutes' walk you'll find
a McDonalds/Starbucks/Morrisons/Tesco's express/Post Office/Asian/Indian/Turkish/Vegan restaurants as well as public transport links (3 mins' walk). There's on-road parking.
Driving distances:
Silverstone (26 mins)
Kettering, Towcester, Wellingborough (all <23 mins)
Milton Keynes (31 mins)
Brackley (36 mins)
Northampton Train Station (10 mins, 28 mins public transport)
There are two rooms available - the third room is mine, but am often away with my job (I write and perform quiet music) - sometimes my family joins me.
It's a non-smoking house(hold), but smokers who don't smoke near the house are also welcome.
Shared areas (dining room, kitchen, living room) are fully furnished but there's room to put your personal things there too. The bedrooms are exactly as pictured here - you can add things but what is there will stay there.
You'll need to be able to speak English or German well. I can also gesticulate in French.
