Small double room sharing a bathroom with just one other person available in a Georgian town house in the cultural quarter, the location is quiet but very central to the town centre, in close proximity to the hospital and royal derngate theatre.

There is a large kitchen diner with tv and modern appliances, a living room with digital smart tv, and 500MB fibre optic broadband throughout the house.

All bills are included including a cleaner twice a week. All current housemates are friendly and respectful and i would like a similar professional who will look after the place they live in.
