Small double room sharing a bathroom with just one other person available in a Georgian town house in the cultural quarter, the location is quiet but very central to the town centre, in close proximity to the hospital and royal derngate theatre and bus station.

There is a large kitchen diner with tv and modern appliances, a living room with digital smart tv, and 500MB fibre optic broadband throughout the house.

All bills are included including a cleaner twice a week. All current housemates are friendly and respectful and i would like a similar professional who will look after the place they live in.
