we are a family of 3 and a dog with 2 spare bedrooms to rent out. The rooms are on the top floor so very private. You will have your own kitchen fully kitted out, and bathroom to share with one other person. We live opposite the racecourse which is a lovely park in Northampton with great amenities such as tennis courts, basketball courts, football and cricket fields. The house if within walking distance to town centre, Northamtpon hospital and university and on the bus route to town centre, so very central.
