We are pleased to offer a lovely double ensuite room in a well established, modern house share. The property comprises of a bathroom (shared by 3 rooms), a large kitchen, a large lounge dinning room. There is a small garden at the rear of the property.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, fridge freezer, small desk and chest of drawers. Each room has a smart TV provided.

There is a weekly cleaner allocated to the shared areas. She will clean individual rooms at a cost to the tenant.

All bills including wifi and Sky TV in the lounge are included in the rent payment.

Referencing is conducted, including a credit check, current landlord and employer references.

A deposit is paid in advance of £250. Rent payments are paid on the 1st of each month so you would pay rent in advance until the 1st April and then a monthly payment is required.
