There are 5 bedrooms (2 currently occupied): 3 large doubles, 1 small double and 1 large single, a communal lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen with dining table. The bathroom has a combi over shower and an additional bathroom with a shower cubical.  There is a separate laundry/utility room with washing machine and freezer.  In addition there is a large paved back garden.  

All appliances supplied are fully guaranteed against any breakdown. 

Rent per room per tenant ranges from  £525-550 per month and is inclusive of gas, electricity, internet and water rates, subject to a fair usage cap per person.  All rooms are for single occupancy only.  3 rooms are available from September 2025: 2 large doubles (£550), 1 single (£525).

Council tax band B but as this is a student property no council tax is payable (subject to proof of student status being provided).
