Rent per room per tenant ranges from  £525-550 per month and is inclusive of gas, electricity, internet and water rates, subject to a fair usage cap per person.  All rooms are for single occupancy only.  Available to rent as a whole house from July 2026.

Council tax band B but as this is a student property no council tax is payable (subject to proof of student status being provided).
