Beautiful Victorian house undergoing a high-quality renovation.
I’m looking for someone who has time and genuine interest in home improvement projects, as the house is being thoughtfully updated (kitchen redesign, garden landscaping, general refresh). The room is lovely, quiet, and excellent value — well the rent is so low as I wish to find someone who enjoys being part of the process (house updates) rather than simply looking for a place to crash between long work shifts. I run a very busy business and my personal focus is mainly on that and the refurb projects have slipped and slipped again because of that.

There’s also scope for additional paid help with certain projects, depending on your skills and how involved you’d like to be.

You’d be sharing with just me — a friendly, professional homeowner who values a calm atmosphere, good conversation, and someone who appreciates a well-kept home.

This won't suit everyone for sure and any messages saying such as 'What time can I view tonight' 'Can I take it/move in tomorrow' will sadly fall on barren ground. If you have read this you will need to respond in kind please advising how you can be the ideal person for this.
