Small Double Room in 3 Bed House

I currently live here with my dog, a very friendly golden retriever. She is well behaved and does not go on the sofa etc. I work from home 3 days a week, and work in an office 2 days a week. Some evenings I have another job also. I enjoy staying active, reading and socialising with friends.

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 main double room, 1 small double (for rent) and 1 box room which I use as an office/dressing room. I have recently had the upstairs bathroom renovated, however this has not been added to the photos as it is incomplete. Downstairs there is a lounge, dining room and galley style kitchen. To the rear of the house there is a garden with BBQ and two seating areas. There is no parking with this property however the road directly outside is free parking and does not currently require a permit.
