There's a large wardrobe, new double bed and new mattress (will be from 15/08), table, chair. The kitchenette is built in the same room for tenant to use it privately, with an under-counter fridge, kettle, an induction stove, microwave and 4 double cupboards for things to keep tidy and in order.

Off-road parking, WI-FI, CCTV and bills are included in the rent.

Peaceful neighbourhood, no kids nor dogs; local parks and shops, gym, pub, post office, 2 bus stops across the street.

Sharing only the bathroom with myself (owner).

Rent £150/week (bills included). Deposit £300.

Shorter stays are considered under the Airbnb price (£50/night), minimum 4 nights (non refundable).
